Who Is Not Shallow?

Hello, I’m Rebecca Collins.

A natural-born pessimist, I remind myself daily to see that the glass does indeed have some vodka tonic, milk, Diet Coke or water left in it. I practice saying YES and seeing life in new ways. Rather than climbing any kind of ladder, I’ve decided that my life is my art project, humble though it may be, and that my greatest obligation while on Earth is to be an interesting (and interested) person.

In addition to blogging, I’m an aspiring screenwriter and thing-maker and a practicing Friend To Animals. I enjoy life in Minneapolis, Minnesota  for six months of the year and spend the other six wondering why I live in a frozen wasteland.

I enjoy watching people, traveling, thrift stores, riding a bike, encounters with weird people, comedy of the stand-up variety (except when it involves ventriloquism), drawing and photography.

See, there really is a lot to be excited about. Join me in being not shallow.

Shallow? No thinking being could ever attach this adj to you… pretty safe to say. In short, you Rock!

I think this comment is total spam but it’s the nicest spam I’ve ever received.
